Anita D. Gonzales

ANITA D GONZALES 81, passed away on 17, August ,2024 at her home in Fort Worth Texas. She was born on May21st 1943 in Tilden Texas to Esteban and Felipa De Leon Garcia.

Anita grew up in Tilden Texas and had a 5th grade education in Mc Mullen County. She worked various jobs. From picking cotton, nanny and housekeeping. She began work for Golden Eagle as a machine shop operator. Later she worked for Vermillion Place Apartments in Fort Worth Texas. She retired in 2015.

Anita married Lorenzo in 1965 in Fort Worth Texas. They were happily married for 40 years. Anita enjoyed gardening and dancing.

Anita was preceded in death by Lorenzo Gonzales , her parents Esteban, Felipa Garcia, Sisters Maria Garcia, Augustina Rosales.Brothers Jesse Garcia,Anastacio Garcia.

Anita is survived by her sons/daughters, Eloy Gonzales of Fort Worth Tx, Eloisa Gonzales-Finch (Kenneth Finch) of Granbury Tx, Jesus Gonzales of Fort Worth Tx, Nora Gonzales of Granbury Tx, Rudy Gonzales of Fort Worth Tx.

Grandchildren, Stephanie Gonzales, Alexis Gonzales, Stephanie Chadwell, Victoria Mello, Phillip Bucek, Megan Finch,Ryan Nicole Allen, Alisha Gonzales, Serena Gonzales, Celeste Gonzales, Julian Gonzales.

Anita has 19 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great great-grandchild. And her nieces and nephews and other relatives.

The burial of her remains will be held at Emerald Hills Cemetery. 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, Tx 76060. ( to be advised )
