Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel in Kennedale, TX.
Survivors: Wife, Maria Teresa Vargas; sons, Luis Alberto Vargas and Jaime Arturo Vargas; daughter, Sara Teresa Wegienka and husband Tim; grandchildren, Luis Alberto Vargas, Johan Vargas, Tim Wegienka, Nicole Wegienka; siblings,Elena Viacava Vargas, Isabel Vargas, Jorge Vargas, Bertha Torres, Nelly Quevedo Vargas, Lucas Vargas, and numerous other family members.
