Brenda Lee Williamson Ketner, passed away peacefully at Methodist Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, Texas, surrounded by the love of her family.

Brenda was born on July 29, 1948, to William C. and Laurene Williamson. She grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas, where she graduated from Grand Prairie High School. Throughout her life, Brenda was a hard worker and entrepreneur. She was employed by Lone Star Gas Company and later owned and operated a furniture store.

Brenda had a zest for life and a personality that could light up a room. She loved listening to the Righteous Brothers, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and, most of all, spending time with her family. Brenda had a wonderful sense of humor, a generous spirit, and a gift for making everyone feel welcome. She truly never met a stranger.

Brenda’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her loving husband, J.W. Ketner; daughter, Tawnya Tennison; son, Greg Tennison and wife, Michell Tennison; grandson, Clinton Hendricks and wife, Emily Hendricks; grandson, Rodney Hendricks; granddaughter, Alyssa Hendricks-Wenger and husband, William Wenger; grandchildren Chandler Walden, Tyler Walden and wife, Katie Walden, and Hunter Walden and wife, Christy Walden.

She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren, including Kinley, Braxton, John, Cooper Hendricks, and Madeline Walden, who brought great joy to her life.

Brenda will be remembered for her infectious sense of humor, her zest for life, her loving heart, and her ability to make everyone around her feel like family. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a legacy of love that will continue through the generations of her family.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
