KENNEDALE -- Carl F. Bedford,90 went home to be with his Lord June 13,2007.
Funeral: 10am Saturday June 16,2007 at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: Friday 6-8 pm at Emerald Hills Funeral Home .
Carl proudly served his country in WWII and was a member of VFW 8911,he became a Kennedale Police Officer, and a strong supporter of the community. He was a life long member of First Baptist Church of Kennedale. He loved the outdoors and working with his hands. He retired from Travellite TrailerCo. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years Wilma Bedford.
Survivors: by his sons; Carl Ray and wife Chong Bedford, Clyde Bedford, Cecil and wife Karen Bedford, daughters; Cylinda and Tracey Bedford, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren,brother; Coaster Bedford and a host of other family and friends.
