ARLINGTON -- Charles Phillip Brown, 73, passed away Monday, Dec. 26, 2016.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Friday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Interment: at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
Survivors: Survived by his wife, Nancy; daughter, Annette Teter and husband, Kevin; sons, Jason Brown and Kevin Brown; stepson, James; and grandchildren, Kale, Jacob, Mason, and Ty.
