David Allen Long

David Allen Long was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. With no prior warning, David sadly passed away on April23,2024 at Texas Health Arlington Memorial hospital. He was born on October17, 1954 in Corona, California.

David grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas. He graduated from South Grand Prairie. After High school he enlisted in the Army where he served his country for 19 years. After the military, he attended ITT Tech where he earned his bachelor’s degree.

David married his beautiful wife Blanca in 1983 in El Paso, TX. They have been happily married for 41 years.They are soulmates and best friends who  enjoyed doing everything together. They enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to the gun range, and spending time with family.

Mr. Long is survived by his loving spouse Blanca Long, his daughters Vicky and Jenny; his sons Larry, David, and Allen, and his grandchildren Clayton, David, Brianna, Elizabeth, Allen, and Emily.

A visitation service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd. Kennedale, TX. 76060 from1:00pm-2:00pm.Graveside service will follow at 2:00pm EmeraldHills Cemetery. Condolences maybe left on David Allen Long’s online guestbook
