Eddie Waldrop

Eddie Waldrop, 65, passed away on April 18, 2018 at Arlington Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family.  Eddie was born June 6, 1952 in Kennedale, Texas to Clarence and Joyce Waldrop.  Eddie married his high school sweetheart, Mary Jane Little on August 21, 1970.  They were married for 47 years and had three daughters.  Eddie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He worked for General Electric for many years and retired 7 years ago.  Since then, Eddie and Mary Jane have enjoyed many adventures traveling the country and panning for gold. Eddie lived life to the fullest.  He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sports. Eddie was preceded in death by his grandparents Lloyd Knotts and Vivian Knotts.

Eddie was blessed with a very large family and those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Jane; daughters, Tina Earle and husband Richard, Angie Manning, Jennifer Koerner and husband Dustin; three grandchildren Morgan Earle, Mikayla Earle, and Clayton Manning; parents, Clarence and Joyce Waldrop; sister, Diana Burns and husband Larry; brother, Rennie Waldrop and wife Brenda; brother-in-law, Danny Little, Johnny Little and wife Elva, Robert Little and wife Tami; uncle, Charles Knotts and wife Sarah; aunt, Mary Beth Doud and husband Kirby; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral service will be Monday, April 23, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Raines officiating.  Visitation will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at Emerald Hills Funeral in Kennedale, Texas.
