Ernest Evan Sims, of Arlington, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018. Ernest was born on September 22, 1941 in Lubbock to Jack Earnest Sims and Norma Winnette (Smith) Sims.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife; six children, twelve grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral service for Ernest will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 1:30PM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale.
