Frances Cantero

Frances G. Cantero, of Venus, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019.  She was born on December 16, 1936 in Edna, Texas to Cruz Montes and Joe Garza Sr.  Frances was a fearless woman who grew up in the Texas countryside and moved to the DFW suburbs to start her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents Cruz and Joe Sr.; her brothers Rosendo, Joe Jr., and Gonzalo; and her sister Amelia Rodriguez.

She is survived by her beloved husband Joe Cantero; her son Julian and wife Kelly, her son Cesar and wife Cindy; Grandchildren Michael, Ashley, David, Gwen, Mary, Tristan, Elayna, Adryanne, and Melina; her sister Molly Garza, and many nieces and nephews.
