Frances Ann Green, 77, passed away on January 31, 2026, at Autumn Leaves Cityview in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on February 26, 1948, in Vivian, Louisiana, to AJ and Delores Faubian Green.

Frances grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, and attended Poly Technical High School, where she completed her education in 1970. After high school, she dedicated 18 years of her life to Bell Helicopter Textron, from which she retired in 2004.

Throughout her life, Frances remained an active member of her community. In her younger years, she attended church and sang in the choir with her mother at Englewood Methodist Church in Fort Worth. Later, she also volunteered her time at an Episcopal Church in Fort Worth and at Texas Harris Southwest Hospital.

In 2003, Frances married Don Grandmaison, a colleague from Bell Helicopter. Their marriage was a cherished bond, but sadly, it was cut short by Don's passing in 2005.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, AJ and Delores Green, her siblings Jay Green and Fred Green, and her nephew John Jason Henry. She leaves behind a loving family, including her sons Gregory Petty and Craig (Cindy) Petty, her daughter Rebekah (Mike) Little, and her sister Patricia Mosher. Frances also leaves behind her niece Anjanette (Gary) DiFranco, along with her beloved grandchildren Joshua (Alexis) Petty, Mathew Petty, Zachary Petty, Rebecca Petty, Daniel Petty, and Wesley Trujillo. She was a proud great-grandmother to Elena, Lucian, Norah, Theia, Easton, Dayton, and Raylynn.

A memorial service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, located at 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060, on February 9, 2026, at 12:00 noon. There will be a visitation in the chapel starting at 12:00 PM, where family and friends are invited to come and pay their respects. Burial will follow at 1:00 PM at the same location, where Frances will lay next to her beloved parents.

Frances’s life was a testament to love, service, and kindness, illuminated by her faith. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16).
