Jack Thurston

Jack Wells Thurston, 71, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 14, 2019. He was born August 26, 1947 in Cleburne, Texas to Clay and Marie Thurston. He was a member of Worth Baptist Church for 30 years and was a current member of Hallmark Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. His favorite thing to do was to go watch his grandkids play sports. He was their biggest fan. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Marie Thurston.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years Cathey Thurston, daughters Misty Thurston, Wendy Freeman and husband Chad, Darenda Lynes and husband Kaleb, grandkids Kaitlyn, Nolan, Ty, Brody & Brooklyn, brothers David Thurston and Mark Thurston, and host of extended family.
