Mark Henson

Beloved Father, Grandfather and Brother Mark Daryl Henson was born on October 1, 1956. He left his earthly home on June 24, 2021.

Mark was a member of the Everman Bulldogs class of 1975. He was a goofy, loving and a giving person, who loved his Cowboys, fishing, camping and Nascar. He was a very proud Vietnam Vet of the United States Marine Corps.

He was a faithful believer in Jesus Christ and cherished his grandmother’s bible.

A funeral service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale, TX at 10am Friday, July 2, 2021.With a visitation prior from 9 to 10am. Interment will follow services at 1:15pm at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, TX.

Mark was preceded in death by his Father, William Ray Henson; His mother, Mazie Meziere Henson; and his brother, William Ray Henson Jr.

He is survived by his daughters, April Deemer and husband Troy Covington, Tammy Sue Henson, and Crystal Henson and her husband William Redman; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Melissa Henson and Lisa Henson Fletcher and husband Doug Fletcher; brother, Glen Henson; cousin, Randy Horton who was like a brother; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
