Mary Elizabeth Stevens, 100, of Arlington passed away Monday, September 25, 2017.
Funeral Service 10 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Interment at Everman Cemetery, Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Mary raised two daughters, on her own, during the 1940’s. She was an extremely hard worker who provided well for her daughters. She was loyal and supportive of her family, especially her grandchildren. Her family will miss her terribly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Atticus Lee Stevens; daughter, Margie O. Kenny; parents Ralph Banks Sr. and wife Margie; brother, J. W. Banks.
Survived by her daughter, Evelyn Mann and husband, Tommy. Siblings: Juanita Banks Armstrong, Ralph Banks Jr. and wife Belle, Margie Banks Lowery and husband George. Grandchildren: Stacie Kiczuk and husband Bill, Stephen Kenny, Seantelle Abbott and husband Robert, and Kristen Mann. Great-grandchildren: Taylor, Mark, Kevin, Rachel, Cole, Madison, Justin and Spencer; and many more family members.
