Pamela Lee Green, 59, of Fort Worth passed away, Saturday, November 29, 2014.
Graveside Services will be held at Emerald Hills Memorial Park, 12 Noon Wednesday with a visitation in Emerald Hills Funeral Home one hour prior.
Survivors include her mother; two children; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
