BURLESON -- Rodney Dean Moyer, 56, of Burleson lost his fight with cancer on Thursday, May 26, 2016.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday in Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Rodney was the youngest of three sons born to George W. and Helen Moyer. Rodney grew up and went to school in Fort Worth. He worked at Hensley Corporation for the past 27 years. Rodney enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking, making many beautiful pieces.
Rodney was a very special and talented person, and he will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad, George W. Moyer.
Survivors: Mother, Helen Cook Moyer; brothers, David Moyer and wife, Sabrina, Michael Moyer and wife, Cheryl; and extended family and friends.
