Ronald Bruce Pierce Jr.

Ronald (Ronnie) Bruce Pierce Jr., 61, passed away at his home on July 19^th, 2023.

He was born on December 4^th, 1961, to Gwendolyn and Ronald Pierce Sr., Ronnie grew up in Forest Hill, TX with his two brothers, John and Sam. He also spent a considerable portion of his youth on the family farm in Ladonia, TX, alongside his grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ronnie was an exceptionally skilled mechanic – he could fix anything. He enjoyed fishing, shooting, and barbequing. Ronnie had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. He deeply loved his family and friends and will be missed dearly.

Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Pierce; daughter, Brendie Adair and husband Michael; daughter, Monica Grubbs and husband Clayton; brother, John Pierce and wife Sheila; brother, Sam Pierce and wife Amy; brother, Jeff Cavender; sister, Ronna Johnston; sister, Peggy Fodness; grandson, Logan Adair, and granddaughters Brianna Adair, Lillian Grubbs and Anderson Grubbs. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald B. Pierce Sr.; mother, Gwendolyn F. Pierce, and grandparents, Sam Hidler, Etta Hidler, and John B. Pierce

A visitation will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060 on Saturday, July 29^th from 10am to 12pm, with the funeral service to immediately follow.
