KENNEDALE -- Virginia E. Barnett, 89, went home to be with her Lord Friday, May 9, 2008, at a local nursing home.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday, Oakcrest Family Church, Kennedale. Burial: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet County.
Survivors: Daughter, Palma Norwood and husband, Jim of Kennedale; grandchildren, Troy Norwood and wife Brenda of Granbury, Jason Norwood of Kennedale, Justin Norwood and wife, Kelly of Keller and Palma Nicole Norwood of Kennedale; great-Granchildren, Krystyna Campbell, Jessica and Scott Yrdanoff, Kristian, Kourtney and Brendan Norwood; extended family, Madonna Stokes and her children Joshua Stokes, Gayla Toms and Jeremiah Stokes.
