Vivian Ann Olson of Mansfield, TX passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 29, 2018.  Vivian was born February 16, 1939 in Traverse City, Michigan.  She was preceded in death by sons, Del Roy and Jerry Parker, Jr.; father, Arthur Ray Nichols; mother, Margaret Palcic; brother, Ed Nichols; husbands, Jerry Parker and Alvin Olson.

She was a wonderful, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Terry Ann Dyer and husband Pete, John Parker and wife Mandy; grandchildren, Paul Dyer and wife Adrian, Audrey Shipley and husband Hanner, Ellie, Nolan and Macie Parker; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Grace Dyer; sister, Linda Brooks and husband Bill; brothers, Larry Nichols and wife Cynthia, and Mark Nichols and wife Judy; best friend Autumn Luxton and husband Joe, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 4th at 10 a.m. and the service will be held at 11 a.m. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 W. Sublett Road in Kennedale. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. at the Alvord Cemetery, Greenwood St, in Alvord.
