MANSFIELD -- Wanda Pearl McCaslin, 67, a homemaker and mother, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday at Emerald Hills Memorial Park, with Robert Kuykendall officiating.
Pallbearers will be Wanda's nieces, as was her wish, Sheila Daniel, Gayle Herod, Christy Hopper, Dawn Johnston, Amanda Couch, Carol Watson and Thersa Withrow, along with Dee Osborne and Patricia Walker.
She was born in Fort Worth to Doc and Alta Kuykendall on Aug. 25, 1939. She had seven brothers and sisters. Wanda shared 48 years of marriage with her husband, Ardie McCaslin. They raised four children and were blessed with many grandchildren and three great-grandsons.
The family would like to thank Margaret Collins for being souch a loyal and close friend to their mother, as well as all family members and friends for their prayers and help.
Her husband, Ardie McCaslin, preceded her in death, as did her sister, Mattie Herod, and brothers, David and Ricky Kuykendall.
Survivors: Her children, Ardie Lynn McCaslin and wife, Loraine, Donna Schumann and husband, Stanley, Rhonda Brasher and husband, Danny, and Rowdy McCaslin and wife, Kathy; grandchildren, Candy Schumann, Mike McCaslin and fiancee, Julie Thomas, Stanley Schumann III, Kimberly Hinckley and husband, Howard, Heather Brasher, Rowdy McCaslin Jr. and Cody McCaslin; great-grandsons, Nicholas, Tyler and Brendan Hinckley; brothers and sisters, Charlene Heavington, Patsy Kennemor, Charles Kuykendall and Robert Kuykendall; and numerous family and friends.
