Yvette Germaine Rose Johnson

Yvette Germaine Rose Johnson, 78 of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on October 22, 2024 after a ten year battle with Alzheimer’s. She died peacefully surrounded by her family. We will all miss her, but we are thankful that she is now completely healed & in the arms of Jesus! 

Yvette deeply loved her family! Yvette is survived by her three children Linda Cooley & husband Mo, Kay Porter & husband Howard, Eric Johnson & wife Stephanie. She had four grandchildren, Glynn Murrah, Mardi Topping, Sarah Porter & James Porter. She also had two great grandchildren, Lauren Murrah & Kyle Murrah. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lucas and her parents Eugene & Eliette Dubois. 

Yvette also had many precious friends whom she loved - especially Lucy Lopez - who was family to us!  Huge Thank You to Colonial Gardens of Fort Worth for taking care of her until the very end!
