Bobbie Jean Forbes, 60, passed away on 07, September, 2021 at Baylor Scott and White in Waco, TX. She was born on January 29, 1961 in Corsicana to William Warren and Bobbie Marie Wilson, later adopted by J.C. and Velma Yerby.

Bobbie grew up in Everman and Forest Hill TX. She graduated from Everman High School in Everman, TX in 1980. After high school she got married, settled down and had children.

Bobbie married Terry Forbes in 1980. They were happily married for 6 years. She was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Blanton, TX. She enjoyed being a wife and mom, as well as volunteering and helping when she could.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her late husbands Terry Forbes and Steve Tanner and former spouse's David Smith and Johnny Modgling as well as her sister Sherry Warren, mother Bobbie Marie Wilson, and adopted parents James and Velma Yerby.

Bobbie is survived by her children Kristin Wilson, Sheree Lovelace, Brandie Ballard and Shawnee Modgling (son in laws James Wilson, Ryan Lovelace, Jed Ballard and Rene Ramirez) We would also like to recognize her bonus children that was loved deeply as her own Johnny, Joey, Jarrod, Jason Modgling, Stormy Boyd, Wendy Smith, Christian and Kimberly Modgling and numerous grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at  Emerald Hills Funeral Home, located at 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd. Kennedale, TX 76060 at10 A.M. September 17, 2021. A visitation will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home one hour before the funeral at 9 A.M. The family will be greeting friends and relatives. Burial will follow at Emerald Hills Cemetery.
