De Lois Casey

De Lois Jean Riddley Casey, 82, passed away on February 16, 2021 at her home in Forest Hill, Tx. She was born on June 18th, 1938 in Lufkin, TX.

“Dee” as she was known by, grew up in Lufkin, Tx and waitressed for many years before owning her own house cleaning business.

Dee married Claudie Leon Casey on March 12th, 1978. They were happily married for 17 years. Dee was a member of VFW Post 8911 in Forest Hill, Tx and was also a Member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Dee enjoyed collecting things which she filled her home with over the years. She was a proud member of the First Baptist Church of Kennedale.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband Claudie Leon Casey.

Dee is survived by her 2 loving son’s Michael Casey of Texas and Patrick Casey of Florida whom she proudly called “Little Brother”, both of which will miss her dearly. In addition, she leaves behind her daughter Lori Lynne of Texas and her favorite grandchildren Brooke, Jared, and Tom also of Texas.

No memorial service is planned at this time however, one will be planned at a later date.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to those at the First Baptist Church of Kennedale for their support during this time.
