Dolores Maiure

Dolores A. Maiure, 80, passed away on December 23rd, 2021 at Methodist Medical Center in Mansfield, TX. She was born on July 4th, 1941.

Dolores married Salvatore Maiure in 1991 in Ft Worth, TX. They were happily married for 30 years. They shared a deep love for family, grounded in faith.  Together they enjoyed family gatherings, travel, and cooking.  She was truly passionate about entertaining - all were made to feel welcome in her home, the more the merrier. She was a selfless individual, experiencing happiness through the joy and comfort she provided to others. Dolores was a caring wife, loving mother and a friend to all.

Dolores is survived by her spouse Salvatore of Kennedale, TX; her children Pamela Sottilotto of Kennedale TX, Edward (Kelley) Bates of Buda, TX, Mariaelena (Timothy) DeSantola of Wappinger Falls, NY and Anthony (Brianna) Maiure of Alvarado, TX; her grandchildren Rachel, Robert, Nicholas, Brittany, Morgan, Vincent, Michael, Adrianna, Jordan and Blakely; her great-grandchildren Aura, Piper, Wesley and Matthew; and her extensive list of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial mass service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060 at 11:00AM, January 15th, 2022. The family will be greeting friends and relatives at her home post service.
