Harry Scoggin

Harry A. Scoggin of Weatherford, Texas born on July 17, 1923 passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019. Harry was the oldest child of Harry and Stella Scoggin’s six children. His 5 siblings were Gertrude Sexton, Eunice Mann, Frances Dur, Ernest Scoggin and Nelda Reynolds.

He is survived by his wife Shari Johnson Scoggin, two children and two stepchildren along with many great and grandchildren.

He proudly served during WWII from 1943-1946. He finished his Masters degree at TCU and worked for the Fort Worth ISD as a teacher, principal and administrator.

He was a dedicated father and avid golfer with many other academic achievements and skills. In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made to American Stroke Association
