Kathy Lynn Wilson, 65, passed away on July 28, 2022, in Arlington Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 15, 1956, in Dallas, TX to Charles Eugene Jackson and Kathleen Conard Jackson.

She grew up in Arlington, TX, attended Sam Houston High School and graduated in 1975. After graduation, she went on to work in various administrative positions until she became co-owner of GME Consulting in Dallas, TX.

Kathy met Jim Gaw in 1995 and the two married in 1997. They were happily married for 25 years. In 2004, she and Jim moved to Port Aransas, TX and became the owners of Nautical Wheelers Electric Buggies and Bikes. In her spare time, Kathy loved adventure. She enjoyed traveling, SCUBA diving, deep sea fishing, trying new types of cuisine and Jimmy Buffett music. She really loved island life.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Kathleen Jackson.

She is survived by her husband Jim Gaw of Arlington, TX; her daughter Kari Wilson of Richland Hills, TX and son Eric Wilson of Midlothian, TX; her sister Kadena (Potts) Jackson and brother Chuck Jackson; her grandchildren Cristina Shields, Mekenzie Shields, McKinley Wilson and Amelia Wilson and her great grandchildren Nikholas Wright-Gibbs, Oliver Wright-Gibbs and soon to be born baby Lena.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Emerald Hills Memorial Park, 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 11 am.
