Olga Correa, de 56 años, falleció el Domingo 6 de Junio del 2021 en su casa de Alvarado Texas. Nació el 25 de Febrero de 1965 en Barrio El Saus, Santiago, Tepechitlán, Zacatecas, México de Salvador Gaeta y María Cruz López.

Olga creció en México y California.  Más tarde se mudó a Arlington, Texas. Asistió a clases en Tarrant County College en Arlington, Texas, donde recibió una certificación en el idioma Inglés.  Comenzó a trabajar para Arlington ISD como custodian donde trabajó durante más de 25 años. Se retiro en el 2020.  Le encantaba ayudar a los demás y siempre retribuía a la comunidad. Tenía un corazón de servicio.

Olga conoció a su esposo, Manuel Gallegos, en 2003 en Arlington, Texas. Estuvieron felices juntos durante 18 años. Disfrutaba de la jardinería, tejer, sembrar, cocinar, viajar y, sobre todo, disfrutaba pasar tiempo con sus hijos y su nieto, Adrian.

Olga fue precedida en la muerte por su madre María Cruz López en 2003.

A Olga le sobreviven su esposo Manuel Gallegos; Su hijo Alex (Zuleyka) Correa, su hija Sandra (Levi) Patterson; Sus hermanas y hermanos: Romelia, Cruzita, Salvador, Oscar y Cornelia; su nieto Adrian; y sus sobrinas y sobrinos y otros familiares.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio de visitación y rosario en Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park de 5:00- 9:00 pm el Viernes 11 de Junio de 2021. El funeral y el servicio conmemorativo continuara a las 10:00 am el Sabado 12 de Junio del 2021.

Olga Correa, 56 years old, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at her home in Alvarado, Texas. She was born on February 25, 1965 in Barrio El Saus, Santiago, Tepechitlán, Zacatecas, Mexico to Salvador Gaeta and Maria Cruz Lopez.

Olga grew up in Mexico and California. She later moved to Arlington, Texas. She attended classes at Tarrant County College in Arlington, Texas where she received a certification in the English language.  She began work for Arlington ISD as a custodian where she worked for 25 plus years.  She retired in 2019.  She loved helping others and always gave back to the community. She had a heart of service.

Olga met her husband, Manuel Gallegos, in 2003 in Arlington, Texas. They were happily together for 18 years. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, sowing, cooking, traveling and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchild, Adrian.

Olga was preceded in death by her mother Maria Cruz Lopez in 2003.

Olga is survived by her spouse Manuel Gallegos; son, Alex (Zuleyka) Correa; daughter Sandra (Levi) Patterson; sisters and brothers, Romelia, Cruzita, Salvador, Oscar, and Cornelia; grandchild, Adrian; and her nieces and nephews and other relatives.

A Rosary and viewing will be held on Friday June 11th from 5:00- 9:00pm at Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park. Funeral service will be held on Saturday June 12th at 10:00 am followed by burial at Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
