Sybil Kirtdoll

July 9, 1973 — March 7, 2021

Grand Prairie

Sybil Michelle Smith, was born to Michael J. Smith and Debbie S.Davis in Dallas Texas, on July 9th, 1973.

Sybil attended Saint Peters elementary school and later graduated from David W. Carter High School in 1992. Sybil loved track, basketball, and soccer, and played all three sports. She loved to rap and loved rap music; she was a natural. But her greatest passion was for education and entrepreneurship, not only for herself but for her family as well.

Because of her passion for education she earned her associate’s degree in business management and her Bachelor’s degree in Business. She was also a notary, owned her own tax service and was a realtor. Any goal she made, she achieved it and excelled at it and that was her expectation for her children, her nieces, nephews and even her great niece who is two years old.

Sybil lived in Grand Prairie, Texas where she has been a top realtor for the last five years. In 2015, 2016 and 2017 she produced 2 million dollars in sales and in 2018, 2019, and 2020 she produced 3 million dollars in sales. Her goal for 2021 was 10 million and without a doubt we know she would have achieved it. She has blessed so many families with making their dream homes a reality and for that they are forever grateful.

Sybil was committed to being successful, driven, determined, and beyond strong. She overcame and persevered when others would have quit. She loved her family with her whole heart and lived every moment to make her family happy.

Sybil is survived by her husband of 25 years Kevin Kirtdoll Sr.; her daughter, Paige L. Demery;  her son, Kevin Kirtdoll II all of Grand Prairie, Texas; her parents, Michael J. Smith of Cedar Hill, Texas and Debbie Davis of Grand Prairie, Texas; Five siblings, Tyra Smith of Mansfield, Texas, Tamara Reed of Grand Prairie, Texas, Amber Smith of Grand Prairie, Texas, Michael J Smith II and Vincent Smith both of Cedar Hill, Texas; a host of nieces, nephews, friends, family and one great niece Zendaya Reign Smith.

Sybil will be greatly missed by all of us that loved her. May she rest in LOVE
